Description

  • Cold call and prospect corporate accounts across targeted vertical markets.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations and manage a full 360-degree sales process.
  • Research opportunities, initiate conversations, and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Run product trials and work to secure client commitment and close deals.
  • Develop and maintain pipeline to forecast accurately and achieve or exceed quota.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Specialist team during trials and evaluations.
  • Gather and share product feedback from clients and prospects with sales and product teams.

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales professional selling into corporate industry markets.
  • Experience in SaaS sales is preferred, especially in financial information or research solutions.
  • Ability to build pipeline, manage a high volume of product trials, and lead complex sales discussions.
  • Strong tenacity, work ethic, and a "never give up" attitude.
  • Ability to ask insightful questions and uncover business challenges across organizational levels.
  • Strong communication skills, including explaining complex financial data to non-financial audiences.
  • Comfort communicating virtually by video, by phone, and in writing.
  • Knowledge of common buyer personas such as Corporate Strategy, Market Intelligence, Business Development, M&A, Investor Relations, and research-related functions.
  • Openness to coaching, feedback, and ongoing development.
