Description

  • Own the legacy report and capability inventory, determining which reports to retain, re-point, rebuild, or retire.
  • Groom and prioritize the delivery backlog across data replication, curated-layer, semantic-model, and reporting-enablement workstreams.
  • Define and validate acceptance criteria with Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate design validation by gathering baseline report and table requirements, resolving ambiguity, and locking scope.
  • Drive timely backlog and requirements decisions to meet fixed program delivery gates.
  • Coordinate with the Architect, Security & Privacy Governance Lead, and data development leads to align scope, design, and delivery.
  • Track and communicate progress through design validation, build, and cutover-readiness gates.

Requirements

  • Experience as a product manager, product owner, or business analyst on data, BI, or reporting programs, with end-to-end backlog ownership.
  • Experience rationalizing a large legacy report inventory into a governed, business-defined reporting product.
  • Experience partnering directly with Finance or other business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and resolve requirements ambiguity.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to drive decisions to deadlines in a fixed-scope delivery.
  • Working knowledge of source-to-curated data flows, semantic layers, and BI tooling.
  • Experience with data and reporting in financial/accounting, FP&A, or mortgage domains.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Fluent English at C1 level for daily collaboration with US-based stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial or general-ledger reporting, including chart of accounts, dimensions, or close processes (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Power BI or another enterprise BI semantic layer from a product or requirements perspective (preferred).
