Description

  • Define and champion the strategy and vision for Purple AI and new AI-driven security features.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and launch through iteration and impact measurement.
  • Develop the roadmap using product metrics, user research, and market analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous decisions, trade-offs, and risk management.
  • Define online and offline evaluation metrics aligned with customer-perceived quality and value.
  • Drive data-sourcing strategy to improve AI model and pipeline performance.
  • Evolve Purple AI’s conversational experience and agentic capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, pricing, and documentation teams to drive product adoption and narrative.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise product management experience.
  • 6+ years of experience building AI/ML products.
  • 4+ years of experience launching 0-to-1 enterprise software products.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of generative and agentic AI, NLP, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Cybersecurity product management experience (preferred).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance technical complexity, user experience, and business value.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve product management workflows and decision-making.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% to customer and SentinelOne locations worldwide.

  • Base salary range of $184,000–$253,000 USD, depending on location.
