Description

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, narrative, and business outcomes for Analyst Experience across endpoint, cloud, identity, and third-party data.
  • Define agentic-first analyst workflows, including analyst oversight, transparency, and controls for AI-driven actions.
  • Set and report analyst outcome metrics, including mean time to investigate and respond, alerts handled per analyst, agent-resolved investigations, adoption, and delivery milestones.
  • Drive a unified asset and entity model and own product direction for the investigation graph and timeline.
  • Partner with data platform and engineering leaders on data models, entity resolution, query performance, and scalability.
  • Lead legacy-customer migration to the new analyst experience, including parity planning, tooling, rollout sequencing, deprecation, communications, and risk management.
  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of up to six product managers; oversee planning, prioritization, PRDs, roadmaps, and cross-team tradeoffs.
  • Conduct customer research with SOC analysts, MSSPs, and security leaders, and support go-to-market teams, industry analyst briefings, and company planning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience at an enterprise SaaS or security company.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing product managers.
  • Direct ownership experience with an analyst-facing security operations product, such as SIEM, XDR, SOAR, EDR investigation, or a related product.
  • Deep understanding of SOC triage, investigation, escalation, and analyst workflow challenges.
  • Experience leading a major enterprise customer migration or deprecation program with measurable completion and retention results.
  • Experience with large-scale data platforms, including entity resolution, graph data models, event timelines, or high-volume search.
  • Experience setting a unified vision across multiple product areas and aligning engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, executive, customer, and industry analyst communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to approximately 15% for customer engagements and internal planning.
  • Experience shipping AI or agentic experiences, such as LLM-driven investigation, copilots, or autonomous workflows, is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a SOC analyst, threat hunter, or incident responder is preferred.
  • Experience with MSSP/MDR workflows or design-led products and UX partnerships is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $206,250–$309,000 USD, varying by location.
