Description

  • Define and champion the strategy and vision for Purple AI and new AI product features.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, iteration, and measurable business impact.
  • Develop the roadmap for agentic security capabilities and evolve the conversational product experience.
  • Use product metrics, user research, and market analysis to build customer-centric solutions.
  • Make product decisions under ambiguity, manage risk, and align cross-functional teams on execution.
  • Define online and offline evaluation metrics aligned with customer-perceived quality and value.
  • Drive data-sourcing strategy to improve AI model and pipeline performance.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, pricing, and documentation teams to support product adoption and positioning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise product management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience building AI/ML products.
  • 3+ years of experience launching 0-to-1 enterprise software products.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of generative and agentic AI, NLP, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and other AI/ML technologies.
  • Cybersecurity product experience (preferred).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate trade-offs, and balance technical complexity, user experience, and business value.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve product-management workflows and decision-making.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% to customer and SentinelOne locations worldwide.
