Description

Develop REST APIs using Go.
Work with Go concurrency primitives such as goroutines, channels, context, mutexes, and worker pools.
Handle errors appropriately across backend services.
Write tests, use mocks, and implement integration tests.
Perform profiling and optimize application performance.
Apply Clean Code, SOLID principles, and backend design patterns.
Design and support microservices-based architectures.
Work on synchronous and asynchronous communication between services.
Support incident investigation and production operations when needed.

Requirements

Experience with microservices.
Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous service communication.
Experience with messaging and events using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar tools.
Knowledge of idempotency, retry, fallback, circuit breaker, and timeout patterns.
Understanding of eventual consistency, scalability, and resilience.
Ability to work on high-volume transactional systems.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Experience with observability tools and practices, including logs, metrics, tracing, SLOs, SLAs, alerts, and runbooks.
Preferred: practical experience as an AI Engineer working with AI agents in software development workflows.
Preferred: advanced prompt engineering for software architecture contexts.
Preferred: background in financial systems, payments, acquiring, or transaction platforms.
Preferred: experience modernizing legacy systems and migrating to cloud without service interruption.
Preferred: knowledge of application security, DevSecOps, SAST, DAST, and secure development.
Preferred: experience integrating third-party transactional platforms and building proxy APIs in multi-platform environments.
Presence in Campinas metropolitan region offices is required according to the current attendance policy.
