Description

  • Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites.
  • Leverage available tools and custom workflows to accelerate data collection, validation, and task execution.
  • Ensure reliable extraction from dynamic and interactive web sources, including JavaScript-rendered content.
  • Enforce data quality standards through validation checks, consistency controls, and systematic verification before delivery.
  • Scale scraping operations for large datasets using batching or parallelization.
  • Monitor failures and maintain stability against minor site structure changes.
  • Collect, structure, and validate data from diverse sources.
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and adapt approaches as site behavior changes.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development.
  • Strong experience in Python web scraping with BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or similar tools.
  • Experience extracting data from dynamic content, APIs via proxies, and complex structures such as hierarchies and archived pages.
  • Solid background in data cleaning, normalization, and validation, with output in CSV, JSON, or Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated experience handling anti-bot mechanisms and dynamic site structures at scale.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, OpenRouter, or similar.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a plus.
