Description

  • Develop the integrations required for the SuperApp redesign using AI agents.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and team rituals.
  • Take part in deployments and RDM processes.
  • Ensure code quality through unit tests and code reviews.
  • Work with DevOps and project management tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
  • Own delivery of assigned demands with senior-level responsibility.
  • Adapt quickly to new challenges and resolve problems autonomously.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in backend development with Java.
  • Mandatory knowledge of artificial intelligence and agent development for process optimization in the development flow.
  • Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
  • Knowledge of Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
  • Experience working in multi-repo development environments.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud services such as EKS, SQS, and S3.
  • Experience developing microservices and BFFs.
  • Mobile development knowledge in Android or iOS is a plus.
  • Strong communication, autonomy, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Must be located in Brazil; if living in the Campinas metropolitan region, on-site presence in the Campinas offices is required according to the current attendance policy.
