Description

  • Own and refine the backlog by converting marketing requests into technical stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Data Engineering, CRM, Ecommerce, CX, and Paid Media teams to design automated customer journeys.
  • Maintain governance and organization of project documentation in Confluence and Jira.
  • Support developers by ensuring they have the information needed to work efficiently.
  • Verify that the Definition of Done is met, including platform documentation and stakeholder handoffs.
  • Coordinate dependencies with other product teams to reduce risk during handoffs.
  • Lead execution of the multi-year MarTech roadmap and help deliver successful outcomes.
  • Manage delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in MarTech.
  • Proven experience leading Agile ceremonies.
  • Familiarity with MarTech channels such as Paid Media, Email, and Push notifications.
  • Experience with CDPs such as Segment or Chord and data ingestion into Braze.
  • Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and Consent Management Platforms such as OneTrust.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, for communication with US teams.
  • Experience in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong interest in technology and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to understand both marketing and technical aspects of projects.
