Description

  • Maintain the MCP host/server and keep external resources available in the agent tool catalog.
  • Build service layers that turn complex third-party APIs into simple, well-documented functions with JSON Schemas.
  • Design and implement secure integration flows for end-user tokens and other secrets in agent environments.
  • Own the Agent Gateway and related infrastructure in production, including scalability, health checks, logging, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement observability for latency, errors, memory usage, and API cost control at the gateway level.
  • Work with third-party integrations such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, Calendly, Slack, and similar services.
  • Support long-running integration workflows using messaging and callback-based processing.
  • Collaborate on building and maintaining MCP-based tooling and standardized tool exposure for orchestrators.
  • Monitor and manage service reliability, uptime, and operational readiness for agents and gateway services.

Requirements

  • Experience with deep third-party integrations using OAuth2, webhooks, and complex REST APIs.
  • Strong Python backend experience with advanced asyncio and httpx for non-blocking external calls.
  • FastAPI experience is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the Anthropic/MCP specification and MCP SDKs.
  • Experience with Redis, SQS, or Kafka for long-running or asynchronous workflows.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and integration health monitoring tools such as Datadog.
  • Experience building or maintaining Agent Gateways is preferred.
  • Experience developing MCP servers is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of secure secret handling and user-bound authentication flows.
  • Must be based in the Campinas Metropolitan Region if required to work from the company offices under local attendance policy.
