Description

  • Develop high-quality applications and software solutions for client projects.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Contribute to challenging, meaningful projects with direct business impact for clients.
  • Build products from scratch when needed, including early-stage 0-to-1 development.
  • Work across the stack when applicable, with a strong focus on backend development in Go.
  • Apply Python for data processing or LLM-related workflows as part of project work.
  • Use Google Cloud Platform services in day-to-day development and delivery.
  • Partner with team members to deliver quality work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Senior-level engineering experience, with openness to exceptional mid-level developers who show strong autonomy.
  • 3+ years of experience with Go (Golang) and React.
  • Experience with Python for data processing or LLM-related workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong full-stack mindset, with the ability to work as a generalist or a specialized backend Go developer.
  • Experience building products from scratch (0-to-1) is highly valued.
  • Ability to work remotely from Latin America.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, consulting, or client-facing environment is beneficial.
