Description

  • Code highly complex Java systems using advanced architectural patterns and engineering best practices.
  • Lead the implementation of robust, scalable, and resilient microservices.
  • Introduce technical innovations and new market standards that improve project quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct technical code and architecture reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Mentor the engineering team and help develop new technical talent.
  • Solve complex problems through deep root-cause analysis in critical environments.
  • Develop innovative solutions using AI to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure client expectations are exceeded while maintaining commitment to deadlines and quality.
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Java development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.
  • Strong expertise in automated testing, including unit, integration, and performance tests.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
  • Experience leading technical teams and highly complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Resides in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas and can work from the office there when required, according to the attendance policy.
