Description

  • Develop backend components for a financial services client in partnership with CI&T.
  • Build and maintain high-quality, high-performance microservices.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including technical refinement, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with the team to propose and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and clients to support a productive and positive working environment.
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with all team members to support alignment and information flow.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and delivery practices such as daily standups, sprints, and reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience with Java and Spring development.
  • Knowledge of Clean Code principles and REST APIs.
  • Experience creating unit and/or automated tests.
  • Experience performing code reviews.
  • Experience with code versioning tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps Repos.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban, including dailies, sprints, and reviews.
  • Experience working in a hybrid cloud environment using Microsoft Azure, pipelines, Sonar, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Generative AI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Angular is a plus.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Node.js is a plus.
  • If located in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, onsite presence in the city offices is required under the current attendance policy.
