Description

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain new and existing backend applications.
Produce and ship high-quality, well-documented code.
Co-own the services architecture, resilience, scalability, and robustness.
Apply Domain-Driven Design principles to backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend, and mobile engineers.
Take part in shaping the banking product and how it serves a growing user base.
Contribute technical leadership and mentor other engineers.
Work on one feature at a time within a cross-functional team structure.

Requirements

Strong experience as a software engineer.
Experience with Golang.
Exposure to architectural patterns used in large, high-scale web applications.
Pragmatic, product-driven approach to solving customer problems.
Strong code quality, testing, and code review practices.
Curiosity and openness to learning new things.
Good communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Fluent in English.
Ability to work from Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain, or willingness to relocate there.
Experience with AI tools such as Cursor or Copilot is a plus.
