Description

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with clarity and consistency.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and structured documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure backlog readiness and alignment with business priorities.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and effective communication.
  • Support solution discussions by identifying impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, requirement discovery sessions, and validation activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, product evolution, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Promote best practices in documentation, communication, and agile delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in digital, product, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong experience working in agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and digital platforms.
  • Experience with backlog management, prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across teams and initiatives.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience with microservices-based platforms and modern web architectures (differential).
  • Familiarity with data analysis, dashboards, or analytics tools (differential).
  • Exposure to AI-driven products or data-informed decision-making (differential).
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain domains (differential).
