Description

  • Develop, revise, and present financial plans using planning software.
  • Create and deliver tax, estate, and insurance planning recommendations.
  • Identify advanced planning opportunities and develop internal best practices.
  • Build a working mastery of the firm’s investment philosophy and apply it to client portfolios.
  • Create holistic investment strategies for clients and monitor risk tolerance over time.
  • Partner with the Portfolio Management team to approve and execute portfolios, trade recommendations, and tax-loss harvesting.
  • Lead client communications, meetings, emails, calls, and presentations independently.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for client needs and coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and information in the CRM platform.
  • Complete client billing reviews, support compliance, and contribute to advisory team business planning and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Series 65 or equivalent license.
  • 4+ years of financial services experience.
  • CFP® or equivalent credential preferred, such as ChFC or CPA + PFS.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies, risk management, tax planning, and estate planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
  • Team-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts.
  • Proficiency with financial software and modeling/analysis tools, including CRM systems.

  • Annual base salary range of $60,000 to $125,000.
