Description

  • Develop cohesive, multi-channel media plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Translate client KPIs into budget allocations across social, YouTube, and programmatic channels including display, video, CTV, and DOOH.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and lead weekly status calls, QBRs, and strategy sessions.
  • Own total account health, profitability, retention, and internal recommendations for account service.
  • Partner with Analytics and Creative teams to interpret results through MTA and MMM and turn insights into actionable business narratives.
  • Lead a cross-functional team and provide structured mentorship and career progression support.
  • Identify growth opportunities by understanding client unit economics, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Support new business pitches and broader account growth initiatives.
  • Drive campaign progression through testing frameworks and exploration of new partners, emerging channels, and creative technology.
  • Ensure quality control of deliverables and alignment with client SOWs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in media across search, social, programmatic, and video, including paid and organic search.
  • Proven success managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience producing complex go-to-market strategies and media plans for both full-funnel and performance-based brands.
  • Experience working directly with creative and development teams to produce, iterate, and optimize digital assets for media performance.
  • Deep familiarity with strategic marketing methods such as competitive assessment, SWOT, and industry analysis.
  • Experience working with analytics teams on granular program tracking.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team structure, prioritize high-pressure tasks, and navigate sensitive client dynamics autonomously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • In-platform experience is preferred.
  • ISP and/or CPG experience is preferred.
