Description

  • Lead day-to-day administration of global health, welfare, retirement, pension, leave, and wellbeing programs.
  • Oversee benefits team execution, escalations, service standards, and governance compliance.
  • Coordinate global benefits renewals across markets, balancing financial, regulatory, competitive, and organizational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits, pension, social insurance, leave, tax, and data privacy regulations across jurisdictions.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and vendors on deductions, funding, reconciliations, reporting, and cross-border compliance.
  • Govern global benefits platforms and HRIS data, including configuration, data integrity, access controls, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Manage vendor performance, service levels, contracts, renewals, implementations, and program changes across countries.
  • Monitor operational metrics, audit findings, error rates, employee inquiries, and process efficiency; implement controls and improvements.
  • Support annual enrollment, statutory updates, employee communications, documentation, reporting, and analysis of participation, costs, utilization, and vendor performance.
  • Contribute to departmental planning, budgets, performance standards, stakeholder meetings, and other business needs.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in a related role, including 2+ years in management or comparable training, education, and experience.
  • Demonstrated corporate benefits administration experience.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating the work of others.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting benefits programs across multiple countries or regions preferred.
  • Experience with vendor management or benefits renewals preferred.
  • University degree and benefits or human resources certification preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote USA salary range of $115,000–$125,000 for eligible locations.
