Description

  • Develop and sustain trusted relationships with clients, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Understand client brands, customers, competition, and business priorities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive portfolio growth through new business development and right-selling of products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client business and service challenges.
  • Execute the full sales process, including presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Manage account administration, including agreements, service level agreements, renewals, and overage reports.
  • Monitor and report on client sales performance analytics against projected growth targets.
  • Stay current on product, technology, industry trends, and best practices to improve service delivery and client experience.
  • Network with industry associations to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day sales development operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of new business tech sales experience required.
  • Experience in a global media distribution organization is a strong asset.
  • Working knowledge and proven success with SaaS sales and/or cloud methodology required.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build a sales pipeline.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software with reporting capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence clients, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current sales methodologies, tools, best practices, and processes.
  • Experience in media, PR, communications, or related industries is beneficial.
