Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers and represent Brandwatch in early sales conversations.
  • Research potential accounts and generate leads through warm outreach and new prospecting.
  • Stay current on industry news and the social media landscape to support sales conversations.
  • Develop expertise in the Brandwatch brand, business, and SaaS product offering.
  • Run discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions with prospects.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing deals.
  • Maintain and progress a pipeline of interested prospects through each stage of the sales process.
  • Use tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Cognism to build and manage relationships.
  • Make around 120 targeted outbound prospecting activities per week to advance opportunities.
  • Participate in training and development programs.

Requirements

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Experience selling multiple products.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to navigate procurement processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Motivation, determination, and a positive mindset to exceed targets.
  • Ability to execute independently and take responsibility.
  • Coachability and self-awareness.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment with longer, more complex sales cycles.
  • Experience managing and closing deals.
  • Experience with Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, or similar sales platforms is preferred.
