Description

  • Own and drive growth of Circit’s financial services sales pipeline across banks, asset managers, and fund service providers.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small team of Sales Executives, including performance, targets, and day-to-day execution.
  • Drive the full sales funnel from origination to close, with a focus on prioritisation, deal progression, and velocity.
  • Actively sell alongside the team by originating and closing deals with key target accounts.
  • Define, implement, and improve sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline using HubSpot.
  • Allocate target accounts and territories to ensure efficient coverage across the financial institutions market.
  • Deliver high-quality demos of the Circit platform to senior decision-makers at target organizations.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, strategy, and auditor sales teams to align feedback, product direction, go-to-market execution, and resource allocation.
  • Represent Circit at industry events and conferences to build brand presence and senior-level relationships.
  • Support hiring and scaling of additional sales resources as the commercial organization grows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into banking, asset management, fintech, or financial services.
  • Experience managing or leading salespeople, formally or informally, in a quota-carrying environment.
  • Strong track record of closing complex deals and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales funnel, from outbound origination through to close.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and improve conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially sharp, structured, and able to balance strategy with execution.
  • Proactive builder mindset, motivated by creating scalable sales processes.
  • Existing relationships within banks, asset managers, or fund service providers in EMEA or the US (preferred).
  • Experience or knowledge of the audit industry, open banking, or commercial APIs (preferred).
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments (preferred).
  • Experience selling across multiple geographies or managing globally distributed teams (preferred).
