Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to retain business and maximize revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage and reduce churn across an assigned territory of accounts.
  • Identify key decision makers within customer networks and build account plans and sales strategies to expand contracts and close new opportunities.
  • Demo and train customers on product features to drive adoption across stakeholders and use cases.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the territory are met.
  • Identify and progress commercial opportunities within existing accounts, including new teams, regions, or use cases.
  • Develop sales collateral for the US market in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Manage customers proactively throughout the customer journey, including pilots, onboarding, annual contracts, renewals, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve account health by tracking and maintaining key KPIs and objectives.
  • Pioneer Circit rollout in the US and drive the creation of a USA SOP playbook; maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a client/customer-facing role, with experience in account management or sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a large amount of flexibility required.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow an existing book of business.
  • Experience closing commercial deals and negotiating contracts with existing customers.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a bonus) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • This role is remote and open to applicants based in the United States (East Coast preferred).
