Description

  • Own revenue generation for a Tampa territory by converting qualified leads into opportunities and closed business.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead nurturing, prospecting, qualification, and deal progression.
  • Develop and execute outbound and referral strategies to build a book of business.
  • Conduct in-person sales meetings and run in-product web demos for a variety of audiences.
  • Collaborate with peers and the sales leader to apply and improve the company’s value-selling methodology.
  • Use SFDC reports and dashboards to track pipeline health, KPIs, and conversion performance.
  • Audit the sales pipeline with the manager and use coaching and data-driven insights to improve results.
  • Shape and scale sales strategy by sharing best practices, tools, and content with the team.
  • Travel within the market as needed to meet prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented, and competitive sales environment.
  • Curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Experience building lasting relationships and generating referrals as a source of business.
  • Knowledge of competitors and current market trends, with willingness to master the sales craft.
  • Coachability and willingness to implement feedback.
  • Ability to learn process and technology quickly.
  • Availability to travel 45% within the market and use reliable transportation.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and dashboards is important for tracking pipeline and KPIs.
