Description

  • Manage a $1-4 million book of business across 6-10 accounts.
  • Lead a regional team of Account Managers, set strategy, and manage performance.
  • Own regional performance against financial targets and report weekly on metrics, forecasts, renewal activity, and pipeline.
  • Research existing accounts to identify upsell, renewal, and services revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account teams and internal colleagues to build and maintain account plans.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement activities, including business reviews, coaching, and content tailored to client maturity and context.
  • Lead solution discovery, present the Orgvue platform, and support consultative selling efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts with senior management and corporate counsel through to signed agreement.
  • Work with existing clients to expand communities, make introductions, and deepen platform usage.
  • Partner with alliance and partner teams to develop joint account plans and co-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding targets and objectives.
  • Experience managing relationships to secure business and executive alignment at enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, travel, and work without supervision on complex projects.
  • Knowledge of Orgvue business domains, including HR technology, organization transformation, organization design, HR processes, and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following verticals: FSI, Healthcare, Energy, FMCG, TMT, or Retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and public speaking ability.
