Description

  • Own the success of EOS, Phillips Hybrid, and AM products within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Execute strategic business plans to exceed gross margin and unit goals.
  • Develop strong executive-level relationships with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and academic institutions.
  • Expand the pipeline through expert prospecting and consultative discovery.
  • Build and maintain market authority through knowledge of Phillips solutions and the competitive landscape.
  • Manage CRM activity with strong discipline and accurate pipeline tracking.
  • Lead project execution and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support brand strategy and organizational excellence through high-performance collaboration.
  • Continuously develop personal capabilities to strengthen sales performance and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Experience selling capital equipment, manufacturing technology, automation, software-enabled hardware, or technical services.
  • Comfortable owning a geographic territory and revenue target.
  • Strong prospecting, account development, and closing discipline.
  • Ability to sell complex, longer-cycle opportunities.
  • Understanding of manufacturers, engineering teams, production environments, and technical buying committees.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, energy, contract manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing is a plus.
  • Additive manufacturing experience is valuable, but not required if the candidate has strong technical sales fundamentals.
