Description

  • Sell ChowNow’s platform to independent restaurants through in-person, outside sales.
  • Own revenue generation and manage the full sales pipeline from qualified lead to close.
  • Qualify partner and inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Develop outbound prospecting and referral strategies to build a book of business.
  • Run in-product web demos for a variety of audiences.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to apply ChowNow’s value-selling methodology.
  • Nurture customer relationships and maintain strategic account coverage within the territory.
  • Work with leadership to review pipeline, reports, dashboards, and KPI performance in SFDC.
  • Share best practices and help improve team sales strategy, tools, and content.
  • Travel within the market approximately 45% of the time and use reliable transportation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
  • Experience selling in a fast-paced, changing sales environment.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and develop a referral-based book of business.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Knowledge of competitors, market trends, and how buyers make decisions.
  • Coachability and willingness to apply feedback to improve performance.
  • Ability to learn sales processes and technology quickly.
  • Comfort working in a competitive environment and collaborating with teammates.
  • Ability to travel 45% within the market and maintain reliable transportation.
  • Experience with SFDC, reporting, dashboards, or similar sales pipeline tools (preferred).
