Description

  • Sell ChowNow’s platform to independent restaurants through in-person, outside sales activities.
  • Own revenue generation by turning qualified leads into opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify and build a book of business from partner and inbound leads.
  • Develop outbound and referral strategies to create and close new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct in-product web demos for a variety of audiences.
  • Work through a full-cycle sales process from qualifying to close.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with prospects and referral partners.
  • Use SFDC reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to improve sales strategy, practices, tools, and content.
  • Share best practices with the team and contribute to overall team growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and collaborative sales environment.
  • Curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Experience building lasting relationships and developing a referral-based book of business.
  • Strong market awareness, including knowledge of competitors and current trends.
  • Coachability and willingness to master sales craft and understand buyer decision-making.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to frequent change in process and technology.
  • Comfort with a competitive, high-performance sales culture.
  • Must be able to travel 45% within the market.
  • Reliable means of transportation is required.
