Description

  • Sell ChowNow’s platform to independent restaurants in person across the Boston territory.
  • Own revenue generation by converting qualified leads into opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify and build a book of business from partner and inbound leads.
  • Develop outbound and referral strategies to create and close new sales opportunities.
  • Run in-product web demos for a variety of audiences.
  • Manage relationships by nurturing leads and building a referral network.
  • Use SFDC reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and key performance indicators.
  • Work with a manager to review the pipeline, apply coaching, and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices and improve sales processes, tools, and content.
  • Shape and scale the team’s sales strategy by contributing ideas and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a track record of consistent over-achievement in sales.
  • Experience selling in a fast-paced, outside-sales environment.
  • Ability to travel 45% within the market.
  • Reliable means of transportation required.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and develop referral-based business.
  • Knowledge of competitors and current market trends.
  • Coachability and willingness to master the sales craft and understand buyer decision-making.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing, competitive sales culture.
  • Fast learner with process and technology.
  • A work-hard, stay-positive, and implement-feedback mentality.
