Description

  • Identify and pursue the region’s largest Fortune 1000 prospects through multi-threaded outreach and partner collaboration.
  • Translate electrification solutions into compelling business cases and ROI models for executive decision-makers.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional deal teams through complex sales cycles, contract negotiations, and RFP processes.
  • Build and expand customer relationships to grow pilot deployments into regional or national rollouts.
  • Maintain an accurate 180-day rolling forecast in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Navigate enterprise accounts to uncover expansion opportunities and new business within complex organizations.
  • Work collaboratively with channel partners, VARs, and internal teams to support go-to-market execution.
  • Conduct site visits and travel within the Mid Atlantic territory to build high-touch relationships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals with complex legal and procurement requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to use ROI data, public and private funding, and utility rebates to close deals.
  • Experience in Fleet Ops, Energy, CRE, or Automotive OEMs, and/or the EV market preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and travel within the Mid Atlantic territory.
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Experience unseating incumbents in enterprise sales preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing market conditions and energy policies.

Benefits

  • US salary range of $58,500 to $170,000 base pay.
