Description

  • Provide FP&A support for financial reporting and analysis across the organization.
  • Partner with finance and cross-functional teams on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
  • Analyze revenue, cost, and margin drivers and turn complex financial data into clear insights for senior leadership.
  • Lead ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Own and improve KPI reporting frameworks and financial dashboards to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and usability.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve financial models and planning tools for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
  • Help prepare Board, investor, and management presentations with analysis, action items, and decision framing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support corporate projects and initiatives that impact the broader business.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy.
  • Investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development experience preferred.
  • Experience in ad tech, startups, or the technology industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
  • Experience developing financial and KPI reports and metrics.
  • Proven ability to design and own end-to-end KPI reporting frameworks and executive-facing financial dashboards.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Advanced financial modeling proficiency, including dynamic models, sensitivity tables, and scenario analysis, is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work at high velocity across complex workstreams with minimal management oversight.
