Description

  • Own outbound prospecting through email, direct messaging, and calls to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Build target account lists and identify decision-makers across Web3 and adjacent B2B verticals.
  • Book discovery calls and maintain consistent top-of-funnel activity.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand customer goals, technical requirements, timelines, and buying processes.
  • Lead product demos and solution walkthroughs for white-label offerings such as portals, launch tools, staking, and vesting products.
  • Create proposals, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Maintain clean CRM records, including stages, notes, next steps, and close dates.
  • Track pipeline movement, manage follow-ups, and surface deal risks early.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to confirm feasibility, scope, and delivery expectations.
  • Coordinate a smooth handoff to onboarding or customer success after the deal closes.
  • Feed customer insights back into positioning, packaging, and sales materials.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, preferably in mid-market or SMB, with enterprise experience as a plus.
  • Proven track record of hitting quota and owning a pipeline end-to-end.
  • Comfort selling configurable or white-label software with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills; MEDDICC or BANT experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working effectively in fully remote teams.
  • Web3 familiarity, including L1/L2, DeFi, wallets, exchanges, and DAOs.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers or working in developer-influenced sales cycles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Zapier, n8n, Make, or AI sales tooling is a plus.
  • Ability to align working hours to UTC within approximately plus or minus 2 hours is preferred.
