Description

  • Own outbound lead generation for ChainGPT Launchpad and Saleium.
  • Research, identify, and qualify high-potential Web3, crypto, and AI-native projects.
  • Build and manage prospect lists across token launches, launch-ready projects, ecosystems, infrastructure, DeFi, AI x crypto, and strategic partners.
  • Prospect through email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, X, and other channels.
  • Use enrichment, automation, CRM, and AI-assisted prospecting tools to scale outreach.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess fit, timing, launch stage, fundraising plans, and partnership potential.
  • Determine whether prospects are better suited for Launchpad or Saleium.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Create Telegram groups and coordinate early-stage sales conversations to support deal progression.
  • Keep CRM records updated and deliver weekly reporting on pipeline progress, outreach results, and market signals.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and internal stakeholders on target accounts, messaging, ICP refinement, and handoff quality.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor movements, and ecosystem developments to improve targeting and outreach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, prospect research, or outbound growth in a Web3, crypto, blockchain, or AI-focused company.
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including token launches, launchpads, fundraising flows, DeFi, wallets, exchanges, L1/L2s, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Experience with CRM systems, lead databases, outreach tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify high-value opportunities through outbound outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving remote environment.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum with minimal oversight.
  • Experience sourcing leads for launchpads, token sales, fundraising infrastructure, token distribution, or white-label Web3 products (preferred).
  • Existing network across founders, token teams, launch partners, accelerators, or ecosystems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with account-based sales or account-based marketing, and using Telegram as a core business development channel in Web3 (preferred).
