Description

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned geographic area.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow revenue and expand business.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate relationships with current and prospective customers and provide sales solutions based on their needs.
  • Train, manage, and support sales representatives in the territory, including monthly forecasts and strategy planning.
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and quotations for customers.
  • Conduct sales calls, coordinate evaluations and demos, and resolve open issues.
  • Manage order entry, machine ordering from headquarters, and communication with headquarters.
  • Execute the company’s sales process to close new orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, robotics, PCB assembly, and/or AI; 2-4 years of experience desired.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50%, with a valid U.S. passport.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer, software, and networking skills, with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage administrative, project management, and teamwork responsibilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations.
