Description

  • Own and continuously evolve the Celonis solution narrative for Oracle accounts, including transformation maps, value cases, executive POVs, and solution accelerators.
  • Lead executive-level solution conversations with customer leadership and Oracle counterparts while partnering with Celonis Value Engineering and Solution Engineering.
  • Drive joint plays focused on Oracle EBS-to-Fusion modernization, Process Intelligence on OCI deployments, and Oracle Fusion AI and AI agent enablement.
  • Generate net-new pipeline and revenue through Oracle partnership-led sales motions in the assigned coverage area.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Oracle field counterparts, including Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Industry Strategists.
  • Partner with Celonis Account Executives and RVPs to co-build joint account plans and coordinated pursuit strategies.
  • Engage Oracle Implementation Success and Customer Success teams during Fusion migrations to embed Celonis Process Intelligence at the program level.
  • Activate GSIs and ecosystem partners such as Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, Infosys, and Oracle Consulting to position Celonis in modernization and AI programs.
  • Represent Celonis at Oracle CloudWorld and regional Oracle field events to build visibility and strategic relationships.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and serve as the connective tissue across Oracle sales, Celonis sales, partners, and customers.
  • Enable Celonis Account Executives and Value Engineers on the Oracle Alliance play and support joint training, certification, and field engagement models.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, alliance and co-sell, value engineering, solution-led GTM, or enterprise consulting and implementation roles.
  • Direct experience in or with the Oracle ecosystem, such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, OCI, Oracle Consulting, NetSuite, or a GSI Oracle practice.
  • Proven ability to own a transformation narrative end-to-end and translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong working understanding of ERP modernization, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in formal co-sell or partner-led GTM motions with measurable joint pipeline or co-sourced revenue outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex enterprise sales cycles and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence without direct authority with Oracle counterparts, GSI partners, and customer VP/C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in highly matrixed environments across multiple internal and external sales motions simultaneously.
  • Strong sales instincts and pursuit discipline, with credibility in both deal-level co-sell calls and executive transformation conversations.
  • Preferred backgrounds include Celonis Applied Value Engineering, Oracle Fusion implementation and program leadership, or Oracle Fusion pre-sales or solution engineering.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI, OCI Generative AI, and AI-enabled enterprise applications is preferred.
  • Existing relationships within Oracle field organizations and/or major consulting partners are preferred.
  • Understanding of process intelligence, process mining, or enterprise operational analytics, including firsthand experience with the Celonis platform, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP migration programs and enterprise transformation delivery methodologies is preferred.
