Description

  • Manage and drive growth with select Global Systems Integrators across EMEA.
  • Lead service creation, partner enablement, and business development with GSI partners and the Rubrik field team.
  • Develop cost models, financial selling approaches, and support contractual and business negotiations.
  • Drive new logo generation, pipeline creation, and bookings through partner-led motions.
  • Navigate partner adoption of Rubrik product solutions and accelerate related bookings.
  • Advocate for the partner and program across internal teams including Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology Alliances, Support, Professional Services, Training, Sales Ops, and Legal.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, partner KPIs, and an EMEA business plan.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually valuable relationships with partners and the sales team.
  • Create and sustain a positive ecosystem with OEMs and ISVs, including Microsoft and AWS.
  • Lead from the front and set the tone for a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

  • Successful experience partnering with Global GSIs across EMEA, including HCL, LTM, TechMahindra, and Infosys.
  • Proven track record managing Global Systems Integrators across EMEA with experience in service creation, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and negotiations.
  • Ability to serve as the main conduit for new logo and pipeline generation for Rubrik field and GSI partners.
  • Experience navigating partner adoption of product solutions and driving subsequent bookings.
  • Proven ability to work across internal departments, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology Alliances, Support, Professional Services, Training, Sales Ops, and Legal.
  • Exemplary relationship-building skills and ability to drive lasting relationships with partners and sales teams.
  • Ability to build a positive ecosystem with OEMs and ISVs, including Microsoft and AWS.
  • Location: United Kingdom (Remote).
  • Travel required 50%+.
  • Knowledge of public cloud, storage, and backup technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge of industry sales processes.
