Description

  • Develop and execute business plans with focus partners to accelerate go-to-market initiatives and introduce new capabilities and offerings.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with senior leaders at partner organizations to grow trust and influence.
  • Create joint strategies, commitments, and execution plans that drive co-sell revenue across the ANZ region.
  • Work with internal and external field sales teams to execute joint sales plays, programs, and industry solutions.
  • Collaborate with partner business development, marketing, and solution architects to craft and promote mutually beneficial offerings and messaging.
  • Manage pipeline and revenue growth cadence tied to partner strategies and initiatives.
  • Help shape and evolve Elastic’s partner strategy while implementing execution plans.
  • Identify, recruit, enable, and manage partners such as Regional SIs, VARs, Referral Partners, OEMs, MSPs, Distributors, and Technology Partners.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate execution, resolve conflicts, and share results.
  • Educate partner stakeholders on Elastic’s value proposition and how the technology fits their go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner management roles.
  • 8+ years of experience with SaaS-based solutions and/or open source technologies.
  • Strong executive presence with executive selling, communication, and business development skills.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue results through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions and take calculated risks that affect investment and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience building positive working relationships in a complex, matrixed global organization.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, changing, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong leadership qualities aligned with Elastic’s values, with accountability and a bias for action.
  • Willingness to travel.
