Description

  • Build and manage relationships with channel manager partners across North America as the primary point of contact.
  • Proactively identify and approach channel managers not yet working with Agoda and convert them into partners.
  • Work with existing partners to improve technical integration quality and depth.
  • Increase the number of properties connected through partner channels.
  • Resolve issues affecting booking performance.
  • Coordinate with commercial, product, and technology teams to address partner issues and advance joint initiatives.
  • Support the expansion of channel manager partnerships into Latin America.
  • Track partner performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Bring clear recommendations to internal stakeholders based on market feedback and partner data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in external partnerships, account management, or business development, ideally in hospitality or travel technology.
  • Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and building productive long-term partnerships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple relationships and moving parts simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator who can build alignment across teams and levels without direct authority.
  • Motivated to work independently and take initiative.
  • Based in the Greater Toronto Area or within a reasonable commuting distance of central Toronto.
  • Familiarity with online accommodation distribution, including OTAs, channel managers, GDS systems, or property management platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with technical integration documentation or APIs in any industry (preferred).
  • Background in travel, hospitality, or technology (preferred).
  • Connections or experience in Latin American markets (preferred).
  • Comfort working with data to track and report on performance (preferred).
