Description

  • Lead pre-sales and engagement architecture activities, including solution design, feasibility validation, and technical proposal development.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Analyze business processes, recommend technology approaches, and align business strategy with technology direction.
  • Model processes, architecture, data structures, and information for client projects.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce products and client architectures.
  • Develop and enforce architecture, development, programming, and documentation standards.
  • Oversee solution development and configuration to ensure quality delivery.
  • Support project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Assign and monitor technical consultant work while providing guidance and assistance.
  • Mentor technical teams and promote engineering excellence across quality, security, performance, scalability, and availability.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect.
  • 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including 2+ years architecting Salesforce enterprise solutions.
  • Mandatory Salesforce Developer, Consultant, and Architect certifications.
  • Extensive pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture experience.
  • Expertise across multiple Salesforce Cloud products, including familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.
  • Previous consulting or development experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and related technologies.
  • Experience with integration and security design, technical documentation, and communicating designs to developers.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Reside in an eligible U.S. state and be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without current or future visa sponsorship.
