Description

  • Manage existing enterprise customer accounts in Switzerland using a land-and-expand approach.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.
  • Generate new additional business opportunities within key enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand account needs and drive the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Engage stakeholders from C-level executives down through line-of-business leaders.
  • Drive Celonis Process Intelligence sales motions across the enterprise value chain, with emphasis on Finance, Supply Chain, and other use cases.
  • Translate business challenges into AI-enabled use cases that deliver measurable execution capacity.
  • Own an individual revenue target for closing six- to seven-figure deals.
  • Work closely with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors.
  • Coordinate complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams across sales, marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and implementation partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally across both management consulting and SaaS sales, or a proven track record in either domain.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level, including CFO, CPO, and COO.
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of key processes and KPIs across the enterprise value chain, especially in Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Solid understanding of one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing, CPG/Retail, Life Science, and General Professional Services.
  • Fluent German and English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth, ever-changing environment with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively, inclusively, and with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience in consulting or SaaS sales is preferred, even if not both.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing-focused enterprise environments is preferred.
