Description

  • Architect and drive large-scale AI and data-driven business transformation using the Celonis Context Model.
  • Lead value selling and value realization efforts tied to enterprise AI strategy and ROI targets.
  • Craft board-level executive narratives and facilitate complex value workshops.
  • Manage C-suite stakeholder relationships, executive sponsorship, and enterprise change management.
  • Steer cross-regional transformation programs and multi-workstream account plans.
  • Build frameworks that help customers quantify processes at global scale.
  • Leverage AI tools and coordinate technical execution for complex architectural work.
  • Define expansion roadmaps and identify next-generation industry use cases to guide product development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of highly relevant experience with ownership of multiple strategic workstreams.
  • Deep background in enterprise IT and SaaS, such as SAP.
  • Experience guiding technical teams on complex solution design using AI.
  • Strong ability to thrive in ambiguity and set strategic direction for account teams.
  • Expertise in value realization, business-critical proof points, and advanced use cases.
  • Proven experience orchestrating large enterprise programs and mobilizing C-suite sponsorship.
  • Flawless English and exceptional executive presence.
  • Expert knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain, plus deep expertise in Public Sector dynamics.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, a comparable technical field, or Business/Economics with a technical minor.
  • Active security clearance required; Secret or Top Secret preferred.
  • Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
