Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Lead and staff customer engagements with cross-functional Celonis teams such as Servicing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Guide customers on organization design and the maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase platform adoption.
  • Own the end-to-end customer value journey and act as the accountable lead for customer success.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to define program roadmaps and detailed value plans.
  • Influence customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry/domain expertise.
  • Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams quickly and effectively.
  • Align Celonis delivery with the customer’s strategy and business-critical priorities.
  • Drive value realization, adoption, project completion, client satisfaction, and usage targets.
  • Lead customer advisory boards, represent the voice of the customer, and contribute to innovation assets and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong experience leading large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
  • Experience with logistics clients and processes is crucial.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep experience with change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and influence through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Experience working with internal resources and subject matter experts to design, pitch, and sell opportunities.
  • Consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into a customer business context.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, ambiguous environments.
  • Native-level or near-native German language skills, with the ability to engage customers, facilitate workshops, and present to executive stakeholders.
  • Role can be based in Munich or the Bonn region.
