Description

  • Plan and execute manual and automated performance tests for core network infrastructure and edge devices.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and validation.
  • Analyze and debug complex network failures using automation, logs, and diagnostic tools.
  • Lead validation efforts for new projects and features from early design through release.
  • Define test coverage and automation strategy for new features and enhancements.
  • Design and deploy physical and virtual network topologies for end-to-end testing.
  • Simulate enterprise customer topologies and requirements in a lab environment.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for new features before they are deployed to the production cloud.

Requirements

  • CCNA certification and a strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, VLANs, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and routing protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux networking and troubleshooting.
  • 3+ years of experience developing test automation in Python using OOP principles.
  • Proven ability to debug complex, multi-component systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively on a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with physical network equipment in a lab environment is an advantage.
  • Experience with virtual environments such as ESX, AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.
  • CCNP or JNCIP certification is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with network test equipment or traffic generators is an advantage.
