Description

  • Generate enthusiasm for Cato Networks’ SASE solutions across the partner ecosystem.
  • Identify, qualify, recruit, and train new VARs and MSPs on the Cato solution.
  • Proactively manage existing reseller and MSP partners to increase market share and incremental revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and account penetration.
  • Focus on key pipeline and funnel metrics, including pipeline creation, deal registration, and conversion rates.
  • Create, maintain, and execute partner-focused go-to-market plans in coordination with regional sales resources.
  • Develop a territory plan and document the recruiting strategy for the assigned region.
  • Meet with partners, join customer sales calls, and assist in closing opportunities.
  • Help partners expand product expertise and sales opportunities to drive year-over-year partner revenue growth.
  • Develop lead-generation programs, sales incentive programs, collateral, sales tools, and marketing programs.
  • Deliver sales and technical training for partners and facilitate communication and deal flow between partners and Cato sales reps.

Requirements

  • Experience in channel sales, partner management, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
  • Strong consultative and strategic selling skills.
  • Solid understanding of the SD-WAN, Security, and SASE industry.
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed quota attainment.
  • Experience working with Solution Providers, VARs, and MSPs.
  • Ability to develop go-to-market plans and territory strategies.
  • Experience creating lead-generation campaigns, sales collateral, and partner marketing programs.
  • Ability to deliver sales and technical training to partners.
  • Experience project managing partner initiatives is preferred.
