Description

  • Lead a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quota attainment.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including quoting, negotiating, and closing complex transactions.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key prospects to secure new customer wins.
  • Manage daily and weekly activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to deliver above-quota results.
  • Develop the market and maintain relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Run weekly and monthly one-on-one and team pipeline reviews, meetings, mentoring, and training sessions.
  • Develop and implement corporate objective scorecards to maintain team productivity standards.
  • Attract, hire, coach, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
  • Collaborate closely with Presales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Help define new models and processes to support business growth and customer success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of field and remote sales experience with consistent quota overachievement.
  • Senior sales leadership experience with a strong management track record.
  • Networking and/or security B2B sales experience in a highly competitive market.
  • Enterprise sales experience selling to C-level and technical buyers.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing an individual contributor sales team.
  • Channel recruitment and enablement experience with a proven track record of channel sales success.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Startup experience is preferred.
  • Experience selling cloud-based solutions is preferred.
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent work experience, is a strong advantage.

  • Base salary range of $350,000 to $420,000.
