Description

  • Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quota.
  • Run the full sales cycle, including quoting, negotiating, and closing complex transactions.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key prospects to support new business wins.
  • Track and manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals.
  • Develop the market and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Lead weekly and monthly pipeline reviews, meetings, mentoring, and training sessions.
  • Develop and implement corporate objective scorecards to maintain sales productivity standards.
  • Attract, hire, coach, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
  • Act as a change agent by helping define new models and processes to grow the business.
  • Collaborate closely with Presales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • Senior sales experience with a strong leadership and management track record.
  • 10+ years of field and remote sales experience with consistent quota overachievement.
  • B2B sales experience in networking and/or security solutions in a highly competitive market.
  • Experience selling to C-level and technical enterprise buyers.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing an individual contributor sales team.
  • Channel recruitment and enablement experience with a track record of channel sales success.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach with strong communication skills in team-oriented sales organizations.
  • Willingness to work hard to drive exceptional results.
  • Startup experience is an advantage.
  • Experience selling cloud-based solutions is an advantage.
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent work experience, is a strong advantage.

Benefits

  • Remote work from a home office.
  • Base salary range of $350,000 - $420,000.
  • Pay may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications.
