Description

  • Work closely with customers, partners, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Ops, UI/UX, Documentation, Training, and Customer Success to deliver AI security solutions.
  • Build and deliver product demos for strategic accounts and high-profile meetings.
  • Drive deal success by handling complex technical sales engagements.
  • Break down strategic product goals into actionable tasks and manage execution across departments.
  • Conduct product research, write detailed product design documents, and oversee end-to-end feature delivery.
  • Create and deliver presentations for customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
  • Support Sales in large opportunities, including RFIs and RFPs, and gather requirements and gaps.
  • Create sales enablement materials and deep product collateral.
  • Lead and support complex customer deployments from initial design through implementation and validation.
  • Act as a hands-on technical expert throughout the customer lifecycle to help ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B pre-sales, Solutions Architect, Field CTO, or Product Management roles at cybersecurity vendors.
  • Strong technical background in AI, Software Engineering, or Cyber Security.
  • Strong presentation skills and written communication for emails, RFPs, and reports.
  • Business-driven, customer-first attitude with the ability to support Sales in securing new business.
  • Strong product vision and the ability to conduct market and user research.
  • Experience with competitive analysis, ongoing customer contact, user behavior analysis, and responding to user feedback.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet customers and partners face to face.
