Description

  • Lead technical discovery with prospects to uncover pain points and map them to Syndio’s platform capabilities.
  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations to CHROs, compensation leaders, CFOs, technical buyers, and security stakeholders.
  • Run proof-of-concept engagements using prospect data when appropriate to demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Serve as the technical voice in RFPs, security reviews, and competitive evaluations.
  • Customize interactive demo environments and sandbox instances to showcase the platform.
  • Create reusable demo assets, guided flows, scenario walkthroughs, synthetic datasets, and other enablement materials.
  • Develop ROI models, competitive battle cards, and technical one-pagers to support sales cycles.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to keep demo content aligned with the roadmap and market positioning.
  • Feed structured field intelligence back to Product on objections, feature gaps, competitive dynamics, and new use cases.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on beta programs, design-partner sessions, and early-access previews.
  • Mentor and onboard future Sales Engineering hires as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise Sales Engineering experience supporting complex Fortune 500 customers.
  • Experience handling sensitive PII in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of SOC 2, encryption, and AI risk management.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise LLM usage.
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical and AI concepts into business language.
  • Experience designing tailored demonstrations for both HR leaders and technical buyers.
  • High curiosity and the ability to rapidly self-teach new software and domains.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and managing complex enterprise data and workflows.
  • Preferred mindset for using AI to augment workflow and automate repetitive implementation tasks.
