Description

  • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and company employees.
  • Introduce product roadmaps and new features to Ajax Systems distributors and installers.
  • Train technical staff at distributors and dealers to improve their product and technology knowledge.
  • Promote product solutions based on customer needs and provide technical consultation to key clients.
  • Support key clients with technical guidance and solution recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and compare Ajax products against competitors' offerings.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal team members on product and customer-related topics.
  • Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, or security.
  • Strong working knowledge of analogue and IP CCTV systems and access control systems.
  • Experience installing or designing video surveillance systems, fire alarms, or other security systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in public speaking is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for business trips, trade shows, and similar activities.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to work independently.
