Description

  • Own the end-to-end GTM enablement strategy, calendar, and measurement across the revenue organization.
  • Partner with sales and customer success leadership to improve adoption, consistency, and effectiveness of GTM execution.
  • Define and track success metrics tied to ramp time, productivity, pipeline impact, win rate, and messaging adoption.
  • Work with product marketing to build monthly and quarterly enablement plans aligned to the product roadmap and competitive positioning.
  • Lead cross-functional launch readiness for major product updates and build onboarding programs that reduce ramp time.
  • Assess program effectiveness using data and tools such as Gong, and deliver targeted reinforcement sessions to address gaps.
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for enablement adoption and execution quality across motions.
  • Create engaging field enablement sessions that drive participation and reinforce key messages.
  • Translate product strategy, messaging, and competitive insights into scalable enablement programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building and scaling go-to-market enablement in high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable behavior change in the field.
  • Prior experience as a seller or customer-facing contributor such as an AE, SE, or CSM who has carried quota or owned customer outcomes.
  • Ability to translate product strategy, messaging, and competitive positioning into measurable enablement outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • Experience managing multi-functional priorities, calendars, and stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
  • High-level coaching and presentation skills with the ability to influence and motivate GTM teams at scale.
  • Outcomes-obsessed, data-driven approach with comfort using qualitative and quantitative signals to measure effectiveness.
  • Excitement for leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance strategy and reinforcement.
  • Must reside near Austin, TX; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; or Toronto, Canada, with hybrid work in Austin and remote options for the other listed locations.
