Description

  • Translate technical input from subject matter experts into engaging collateral that clearly explains how the company’s solutions address cybersecurity problems.
  • Drive thought leadership messaging and positioning for assigned offerings.
  • Create differentiated, value-based content and collateral informed by competition and buyer personas.
  • Craft offer messages for use across marketing channels and activities.
  • Lead content development and go-to-market strategy for new and existing offerings.
  • Write or review marketing copy, web page copy, sales collateral, blogs, whitepapers, and videos.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication and goals.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to improve service positioning.
  • Contribute to the company blog strategy and content creation.
  • Manage the digital asset management platform and maintain source documents in a central repository.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of cybersecurity product marketing experience.
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity is required.
  • Experience in an information security company or B2B SaaS tech organization.
  • Demonstrated success in value-based messaging and competitive positioning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant subject matter expertise in cybersecurity products, services, and the industry.
  • Understanding of how a product or service is sold and the toolkit needed to enable sellers.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Preferred experience with social media, various content types, digital marketing campaign support, and web content writing.
