Description

  • Develop and maintain new and existing market access programs across all relevant lines of business.
  • Plan and execute program implementations with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and pharmacy partners.
  • Maintain implementation plans, workflow guides, training materials, rule sets, and other program documentation.
  • Implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure compliance.
  • Own relationships with third-party vendors and pharmacy or manufacturer partners to support program administration and member experience.
  • Partner with Analytics to build opportunity assessments and ongoing savings performance reporting.
  • Support go-to-market activities for new offerings, including pricing, marketing enablement, implementation support, and RFI/RFP submissions.
  • Evaluate market trends and prescription claims data to identify improvement opportunities and new partnership or program ideas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare-related environments such as health plans, PBMs, pharmacies, manufacturers, value-based care, managed care, consulting, advising, or tech enablement in these areas.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with data reporting tools and interpreting data analyses, reports, and visualizations.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field such as PharmD, MBA, or MHA/MHP is preferred.
  • Experience with prescription drug channels and payment workflows, including pharmacy reimbursement, rebate administration, GPO relations, and regulatory requirements, is preferred.
  • Experience with health insurance or health benefits administration, especially pharmacy benefits, is preferred.
  • Experience developing and using workflow or data management technology such as CRM tools, Jira/Salesforce, or SharePoint-based Excel workbooks is preferred.
  • Programming experience with SQL or Python is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify inefficiencies, and improve processes through automation and redesign is preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical is preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for internal, client, and vendor or partner meetings is preferred.

  • Remote work with US-based salary range of $93,200–$147,000.
  • New York, NY salary range of $117,600–$147,000.
  • Denver, CO salary range of $108,000–$135,000.
